Formica Limited appoints new Regional Director for UK and Ireland

Formica Limited is pleased to announce that Richard Pollington has been appointed as Regional Director of the UK and Ireland. He will be responsible for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Richard joins the company having previously been Managing Director of the UK subsidiary of Pergo Europe AB, with responsibility for the UK and Irish markets. He has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, including seven years at Pergo Limited.

In addition, changes within the UK marketing team will help to further strengthen this department. John Hodkinson has moved to the role of European Product Marketing Manager, while Simon Wild takes on the role of UK Marketing Manger. He will be supported on the communications side by Jennifer Neale the new Trade Marketing Manager and James Dawson, in the role of Assistant Product Manger.

Richard Pollington commented that: “These changes show that the commitment to keep Formica Limited as a market-led company is very strong, and I will continue to work closely with customers and distributors to increase our understanding of their future needs.
