Darfen Durafencing - Darfen have the golden ticket to a safer workplace

The Construction Skills Certification Scheme has awarded the UK’s leading fencing contractor, Darfen Durafencing with the Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment. The certificate of commitment has been awarded to Darfen as recognition of the fact that virtually 100% of its site based staff are registered with the CSCS scheme.
The gold standard award comes at no surprise as Darfen Durafencing has over a number of years demonstrated an outstanding commitment to on-site Health & Safety resulting in no reportable accidents so far this year.
The CSCS scheme is fast becoming an industry standard which has been in existence for over 10 years and Darfen are certainly one step ahead of their competitors as they are the only nationally operating fencing company to have obtained Gold Standard.
A ‘Stay Safe’ message is continually enforced to all Darfen employees as they undertake fencing and access control installations up and down the country, Simon Towers, Managing Director agrees: “Making the construction industry a safer place to work is very important to Darfen and we always continue to enforce high levels of Health and Safety to all our employees”.
