TSK Group develops new HQ for TT Games to ‘nurture creativity’
Leading games developer, TT Games has invested in the development of a new headquarters that will unify its existing offices in one location for the first time, whilst providing a workplace carefully engineered to inspire creativity. Designed and delivered by leading workplace environment specialist the TSK Group, the impressive new working environment at Canute Court, Knutsford, will be catered to TT Games’ unique working practices; designed to help the business continue to attract the very best creative professionals.

According to TSK’s director Andy Burke, creative industries have a lot to gain from a well-designed office space:

“For the TT Games project, for instance, we have reduced physical boundaries between colleagues and created shared breakout areas and resource hubs that inspire informal communication throughout the working day. Creativity can be hindered by enclosed spaces, poor lighting and inadequate ventilation – so these elements have been key considerations during the design process.” He added.
The new HQ incorporates the latest in workplace design and furniture systems, including staged and branded storage systems that promote the games’ characters and identify the individual teams, whilst allowing natural light to flow throughout the environment. Audio-visual environments provide easy-to-use communication facilities to help staff present ideas and demonstrate products to colleagues and clients alike. Textile partitions between individual workstations carry images and graphics from TT Games’ own video game titles; providing a honeycomb network of independent spaces, rather than the traditional office’s uniform rows of desks.

The TT Games HQ is expected to be completed in early May, and will house 140 staff, with the capacity to accommodate over 200 with minimal operational impact.
