Think Lab Built Environment Launch on the 2nd May between 4pm and 6pm

The Think Lab a futuristic virtual environment centre costing 1.4 million to construct containing the latest in Information Communication Technologies i.e. Stereoscopic visual display, optical tracking etc making it one of the most advanced in the world and unique in Europe.
This occasion will celebrate the opening of the new state of the art laboratory for information and communication technologies applied to building design and construction and will provide an opportunity for you to see some of the research being undertaken by the UK's leading research university for the Built Environment - the only 6* star research group for the Built Environment in the UK.
Presentations will include virtual Environments, urban planning, digital design, integrated management systems and intelligent cities, all part of an eleven million pound ongoing research programme. The influence of this work is found across the world.
