Fakro FPP preSelect Roof Window in BRE Innovation Centre

A Fakro 09 FPP preSelect roof window has been used in Osborne Homes’ Demonstration House at the BRE Innovations Centre in Watford. The house, which will be on site for 2 years, demonstrates how to build affordable, sustainable and energy efficient homes. Design Consultants Baily Garner, WSP and Tully De'Ath incorporated a range of energy saving and waste reduction measures. The FPP offers the option to switch between either a top or centre pivot, enabling rotation through 180° for ease of cleaning the outer pane. Its patented operating mechanism guarantees security and stability in any position.
The house sits within landscaping designed to promote wildlife and has been awarded an EcoHomes 'excellent' rating.
