Applications open soon for one of the biggest events of the new homes industry’s year – the annual HotProperty New Homes Awards, due to be held in March 2008.

The Awards, now in their seventh year, recognise the South East’s best new homes in a number of categories. The awards luncheon is held at a top London venue, to be named nearer the date, and is one of the most highly anticipated events on the industry calendar.

The HotProperty New Homes Awards have grown significantly since their inception in 2000, and this year they promise to be even more impressive than ever, both in terms of the number of applications and the quality of entries.

HotProperty Managing Director Shawn Luetchens comments:
“The HotProperty New Homes Awards are a ‘not to be missed’ opportunity for South East developers. Winners developments will be showcased in a series of HotProperty New Homes Awards editions, as well as year round prestige - and of course the trophy to display in your office. Competition is tough and this year we have had unprecedented interest and so expect more entries than ever before.“

Applications officially close on 19 October and developers can enter as many developments and categories as appropriate. Entries for the different categories are judged by industry professionals, but all shortlisted entries also go into the running for the ‘people’s choice’ award, which will be open to the public on www.hotproperty.co.uk.
