Persimmon Homes in the last six months has purchased, or been granted planning permission, for 1,121 new homes across the West Midlands region.

The Wolverhampton-based developer is gearing up for the construction of 1,121 new properties at two sites in Birmingham, including Attwood Green off the Lee Bank Middleway in Edgbaston and, Rednal Road in West Heath. They are also the lead developers at the former Wordsley Hospital site in Dudley. Work is also due to commence at Wenlock Road in Bridgnorth, shortly and a major part of land at Ward Street in Wolverhampton has also been purchased.

Spanning a total of more than 86 acres and with a combined gross development value worth in excess of £213 million, the new sites will incorporate a mix of properties from Persimmon’s extensive property portfolio.
