CABE Holds design review for a MIPIM audience

PANEL WILL REVIEW FARRELLS’ MASTERPLAN FOR 3 MILLION SQ FT  MIXED USE SCHEME IN CENTRAL COVENTRY
CABE will be holding a Design Review at this year’s MIPIM. The MIPIM session will enable those not familiar with the Design Review process to come and see a scheme being reviewed “live”. Paul Finch, Deputy Chair, CABE, will chair the panel.
The panel will review drawings of Farrells’ 3 million sq ft mixed use Friargate scheme around Coventry station. The scheme will comprise 2,000,000 sq ft of office space, 500,000 sq ft of residential apartments and 500,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, forming a new business quarter. Sir Terry Farrell will participate in the discussion.
The event takes place from 10.45am-12pm on Wednesday 14th March 2007 at the Hotel Gray d’Albion, 38 Rue des Serbes. The session is open to all MIPIM delegates.
