Timbertech composite decking has been chosen for use on balcony flooring on 3 apartment blocks , part of the Newhaven project for Oakdene Homes at The Cape. Timbertech will be fitted to 'bolt on balconies' being supplied by Handyunit Company Ltd, Sussex & will be installed in the factory prior to delivery to site.
