Tricool Engineering Ltd - Chillers offer hi spec and value

As part of a joint agreement with HL Cooling, Tricool has expanded its product offering and adding extra value with the launch if its range of HLA chillers.
The high spec and competitively priced chillers offers feature as standard that normally cost extra on rival units.
Thirteen models are available, starting at 4.5kW to a top of the range unit providing 180kW. The HLA chiller suits a wide range of applications, including air conditioning, manufacturing and processing applications and wherever there is a need for controlled cooling.
The HLA range is manufactured using the latest advances in componentry with attention to detail in design, performance and efficiency.
Maneurop fully hermetic compressors are standard across the complete range, providing unrivalled performance levels. Integrally mounted 3Bar pumps with all stainless steel parts are also standard with high efficiency, high performance evaporators, manufactured using high-grade copper tubes and aluminium fins to deliver maximum cooling efficiency.
The condenser has a large surface area for operation in high ambient air temperatures of up to 45ºC as standard. The fins are coated aluminium to provide protection in aggressive environments. All large units have sectional coil blocks fitted for ease of maintenance and serviceability.
Non-ferrous fill and vent tanks are also fitted as standard.
For customers requiring a more customised solution, Tricool’s own expert engineers can carry out modifications from their extensive UK manufacturing facility based in Fareham.

The range is manufactured in China under strict quality controls, fully tested prior to leaving the factory and meets ISO 9001:2000 approval, PED certified Modula H and the CE Declaration of conformity (EMC LVD).
