Tricool Engineering Ltd - Re-structures to keep pace with sales growth

Building on the success of its partnership with HL Cooling and a steady growth in demand for its HLA range of chillers, Tricool has streamlined internal operations to provide a more efficient and responsive service for customers.
By investing heavily in a new IT infrastructure with Microsoft Dynamics-NAV software and appointing Darren Bateman to the newly created post of Operations Director, Tricool has been able to reorganise customer support operations, significantly improving all aspects and service levels.

With turnover on target to hit the £7 million mark this year, Tricool is confident the announcement of further new products will have a significant impact on sales and lead to further expansion.
