MENTOR KEEPS ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH NEW CASH FOR WINDOWS MODULE

(IFSEC STAND 15090, BIRMINGHAM) Mentor Business Systems – the leading provider of software-based Service Management solutions for the security industry – will launch the latest version of its proven CASH for Windows technology with a new vehicle tracking capability.
CASH for Windows comprises a core module with a host of additional functions that can be added as required to complete a bespoke system for each installer. The core module includes a customer and site database, call logging with warning features, maintenance scheduling, service and maintenance history, false alarm analysis, NACOSS, SSAIB and ACPO reports, and invoicing.
The software has now been extended to integrate with the ‘Lunar’ vehicle tracking system to give installers an even more comprehensive business solution. Not only can the service department see who is, or has been, where and when, but it also significantly supports the more efficient planning of an engineer’s service and maintenance visits.
“From first enquiry to final accounts, CASH is designed to appeal to all sizes of security company and covers all business functions in a modular yet integrated system,” Keith Hatfield of Mentor says. “This latest module further enhances what is already a very popular and proven tool in managing a service-led business.”
