HOUSEBUILDER APPOINTS UNDERWOOD CARPENTER ON MILTON KEYNES

By Frontier has appointed Underwood Carpenter as Project Managers
and Cost Consultants on their new residential development in Walton
Manor, Milton Keynes.
The £18M development will be made up of 176 units of one and two
bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom houses, 53
of which will be constructed for local housing association, Jephson
Housing Association.
The units will be located in a desirable location south of Milton
Keynes known as Walton Manor. Construction will commence in May 2008
on a greenfield site with traditional methods of construction used
within a contemporary design.
The development will be phased over a two year period with
completion in autumn 2010.
Located close to the city centre, Walton Manor is the first of two
major residential developments by Homes By Frontier who are part of
the Frontier Estates Group.

Walton Manor is one of Frontier’s first major residential
developments to be delivered by a new dedicated residential
development team led by Director
