Buredi - Launches latest development at historic Bell’s Mills
site
The hugely anticipated Bell’s Mills development
near Edinburgh’s picturesque Dean Village by BUREDI (a joint venture
between The Burrell Company and The EDI Group) will officially
launch its Marketing Suite located within the 19th century Bell’s
Mills House on Saturday 26th January.
The properties will be located in the steep sided woodland valley
within the Dean Conservation Area which forms part of the Edinburgh
World Heritage Site. The remains of a 1800s water-powered mill on
site will be preserved to form an integral and important feature.
Prospective buyers attending the launch will be able to take a
closer look at the ambitious plans for the development, which
includes a mix of 24, two and three bedroom new-build penthouses and
apartments in a variety of stylish designs. The homes will feature
glazed partitions leading to terraces or balconies overlooking the
Water of Leith.
The Marketing Suite will also provide a scale model of the
development allowing purchasers to get a better overview of the
whole project; brochures and CGI images of interiors and exteriors,
as well as samples of the kitchen, bathroom and floor covering
specifications and options available.
The location of Bell’s Mills is great for homebuyers looking to
enjoy life in a tranquil riverside location but only minutes away
from the buzz of the capital’s city centre.
A number of two and three bedroom properties will be released for
sale at the launch on Saturday 26 January. Prices will begin in the
region of £380,000.
