Premier Burrell - Premier Burrell Appoints Slater Hogg & Howison To sell Vienna Apartments In Glasgow

Premier Burrell, a joint venture between The Premier Property Group and The Burrell Company, has appointed Slater Hogg & Howison – Land and New Homes, as selling agents for the forthcoming Phase 1 development at Vienna Apartments in Glasgow.
Located in the existing Victorian buildings between Mitchell and Union Street, these new apartments will be situated in the very hub of the city centre. The Listed property will be given a new lease of life and beautifully converted into 32 stunning contemporary properties, whilst retaining a number of original architectural features including glazed light wells, cast-iron columns and beams, and double-height spaces. The scheme includes warehouse-style apartments comprising a mix of one, two and three bedroom conversions plus two commercial units at ground floor level remodeled from the original buildings. The imaginative project represents a fusion of contemporary style with historic charm.
Phase Two will feature a further 44 contemporary properties, comprising a mix of one and two bedroom apartments plus one commercial unit at ground floor level within a new build ten storey block, adjacent to the first phase.
Tracy Broomfield, senior sales manager at Slater Hogg & Howison – Land and New Homes, will lead the sales team at Vienna Apartments which will also feature a variety of penthouses and loft apartments, offices and restaurant space.

The Burrell Company has a track record of some of the fastest sales in the country once conversion projects like this are released. At the company’s Parliament Square development in Edinburgh purchasers queued overnight resulting in all the units being sold within the first hour.
The development is located in the heart of the city on Mitchell Street, Glasgow. The first properties are due to be released for sale in February 2008.
