Premier Burrell launches its latest development in the heart of Glasgow

An exciting new development, Vienna Apartments, located in the hub of cosmopolitan Glasgow, is set to launch on Saturday 23rd February at Slater Hogg & Howison’s offices in Candleriggs.
This will be the first chance for prospective buyers to view plans, design specifications and purchase properties at the much anticipated city centre residential development by Premier Burrell (a joint venture between The Burrell Company and The Premier Property Group).
Vienna Apartments is a two phase development. In the first stage, a mix from the 33 stunning studio, one, two and three-bedroom conversions will be released for sale on the 23rd. These warehouse style properties will be created from the Victorian B-listed building located on Mitchell Street. The apartments will retain, where possible, many original architectural features including light wells, cast-iron columns, beams, and double-height spaces.
