Colourlink - Awarded HP Designjet T-series Reseller of the Year
 This
years’ gathering of the HP Designjet Channel saw the Colourlink
group being awarded HP Designjet T-series reseller of the year for
2007, at the impressive Coombe Abbey in Warwickshire. The award
follows hot on the tail of the T-1100 series’ recent win at the
Construction Computing 2007 awards, in the Best Large Format Printer
category (for CAD and AEC).
Graham Baulch, MD of Colourlink commented, “This year saw the
introduction of two new printer series from HP specifically to meet
the needs of the CAD, AEC and technical markets – the T610 series
and the T-1100 series. We at Colourlink are committed to providing
first class print solutions to the industry and are delighted that
we’ve won this award and it recognises all the hard work our
reseller members throughout the UK have put in this year.”
Available in 24” and 42” wide models the T-Printer series features
the three-black ink set which produces true neutral greys enabling
enhanced detail and hard-to-achieve tones. With HP’s innovative
printhead design, the printing system produces pinpoint line
accuracy and crisp text with improved line accuracy allowing users
to produce standout drawings and presentations. The series also has
added enhanced compatibility and dependability delivered by HP-GL/2
and in-printer-processing architecture.
The Designjet T1100MFP brings together features of the Designjet
T1100ps 1118mm printer and complete scan and copy functionality in
high resolutions delivering precise and detailed scans and output.
ColourLink is a consortium of independent graphics and drawing
office dealers operating throughout the UK. The Group has over 30
Digital Printing Bureaux across the Country and heavy users of large
format plotters and presses, giving them a unique insight into the
production capabilities of these machines. This covers digital
printing machines from Océ, Kip, Canon and Xerox, plotters from
Hewlett-Packard and Epson, the latest in scanning equipment for both
large and small format documents as well as the latest folding,
laminating and binding equipment.
