Since opening in September 2010, the TROX London office has proved extremely popular, and a number of new appointments have been made to expand the team.

The newly-appointed manager for the office is Michelle Perry. In her new role, Michelle joins a team of engineers providing sales and technical support for customers throughout London and the south east. In addition to providing advice for system designers and specifiers during the procurement phase, Michelle’s role includes co-ordination of the London team’s activities to meet regional demand.

Michelle is a qualified engineer with more than ten years experience in the HVAC sector. She joins TROX from the consultancy Ethos Engineering Building Services, where she was a Senior Design Project Engineer.

Martin Crowley has been appointed Internal Sales Engineer based at the London office. Handling enquiries and quotes for customers in the region, Martin provides advice on cost-effective, energy efficient solutions across the complete range of TROX products.

Martin has 40 years experience in the fields of heat transfer and air movement, including 30 years in the building services sector. A qualified engineer, he has specialist experience of complex installations for hospital and petro-chemical sites. He has also had design responsibility for installations in a number of high profile projects including the Swiss Re Building, Heathrow Airport and major commercial property and retail developments.

The third addition to the team is newly-graduated Eoin Crowley. In the role of Internal Sales Engineer, Eoin will provide technical assistance to customers during specification and procurement of air conditioning systems. He joins TROX from the University of Cork where he gained a degree in Building Services Engineering and Process Plant Technology.
