Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions has been commissioned by Betsi
Cadwaladr University Health Board to construct a new two-storey
outpatients and office accommodation development at Glan Clwyd
Hospital in Denbighshire, North Wales.
The Health Board require a modular solution that fully complies with
current Health Building Notes (HBN), Health Technical Memoranda (HTM)
and all other relevant legislation.
Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions designed a bespoke solution to
meet the client’s needs through combining the contract management
skills of Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions with the high quality
steel frame modular building system from sister company Elliott
Modular.
The building will be a two storey construction to accommodate two
outpatients’ clinic's on the ground floor, along with office
accommodation to the first.
Elliott Off-Site Building Solutions will supply and erect the
building including all design, planning and building regulation
submissions at the 500-bed Glan Clwyd Hospital.
The company is working to an agreed 14 working week construction
programme from start to finish.
