When The Lakes by Yoo, one of Britain’s most exclusive housing
developments, completed the construction of one of its iconic

actress Tina Hobley the development is the creative vision of Yoo –
a collaborative project between world-leading designer Philippe

When selecting the door closers for the new property, there was a

The Yoo Design Team’s architect specified DORMA ITS 96 door closers
to be integrated into three pairs of double doors in one of the
development’s new luxury properties. For the installation,
specialist contractor MiPa Carpentry Contractors was appointed.
