TROX At HEVAR

HEVAR will be a landmark show for TROX UK. The company arrives at the exhibition with a number of new products, including an advance viewing of the X-CUBE Air Handling Unit, marking its evolution from a components manufacturer to a complete systems supplier.

With the launch of the TROX X-CUBE central air handling unit, TROX now offers everything from a single source, with a portfolio of central air handling units and components that are ideally complementary to each other. This offers customers greater opportunities for energy efficiency, with less coordination effort, made possible by quality, cost effective systems.

The TROX X-CUBE can be individually configured so that almost every project requirement can be fulfilled. Flexible construction facilitates its use purely for supply or extract air, or as a combination of both functions, arranged side by side, on top of each other, or as a small compact unit.

Also launching at HEVAR are two new ranges of swirl diffuser, a flexible plenum box, new chilled beam designs and specialist products for the educational and maritime sectors.

The new TROX AIRNAMIC swirl diffusers are the result of extensive development work on the use of new materials. Designed with innovative air control blades, the air diffusers are made of high-quality ABS polymer, fulfilling the highest comfort standards, even at high volume flow rates, with low sound levels.

New XARTO swirl diffusers, available with 10 diffuser face plate configuration variations, provide interior design consultants with a large selection of aesthetic options, so that every creative or architectural concept can be realised.

Also on show for the first time in the UK is the FLEXTRO flexible plenum box for air diffusers. Its innovative design helps to reduce cost, and combines aerodynamic function with ease of handling. Transport and storage costs are reduced considerably, and the high degree of architectural flexibility means FLEXTRO plenum boxes can be fitted with a wide variety of different ceiling diffusers and integrated into any type of ceiling system.

Specialist products to be launched at HEVAR include the TROX SCHOOLAIR-V Ventilation Unit – a decentralised air handling unit for individual energy-efficient supply and extract ventilation of interior spaces. It features demand-controlled operation, EC fans with high efficiency levels, and low specific fan powers (SFP), and offers individual room temperature control. Low investment costs, easy planning and rapid installation make the SCHOOLAIR-V of particular interest for educational installations.

Also on show for the first time is a fan coil unit especially developed for the ventilation and temperature control of passenger cabins on cruise ships.

It is a decentralised secondary air unit for temperature control and filtration supplied with centrally conditioned primary air. Manufactured in a plastic casing, with seawater-resistant components, the weight of the unit is half that of comparable sheet steel units, and installation and maintenance can be conveniently performed in the corridor.

TROX personnel will be available at Stand W25 to discuss these new launches in addition all existing products in the extensive TROX range.
