RAYCHEM - Free Building Winter Safety Audit From Raychem

Raychem has launched a free winter safety audit for facilities managers and building owners, following requests for support after last year’s severe weather. Requesting a free audit could not be simpler; register online at www.tycothermal.com/winter.

The severe weather caused considerable disruption to many commercial and public buildings. Many experienced burst pipes, blocked condensation line from boilers, snow and ice damage to roofs, gutters, and building accessways. Along with costs of disruption and maintenance, personal injury of staff and the general public has also been a significant and unwanted cost. The free audit aims to review the performance of current preventive solutions and to offer hints and tips on how to improve the system energy efficiency. For buildings with little or no winter protection, the audit will provide recommendations for improvements.

Tyco Thermal Controls’ Raychem brand of winterisation products are designed to provide energy efficient winter protection and to help avoid the cost and disruption associated with winter weather.
