CAPTION DATA - National Flood School Approves HygroNet™ Remote Monitoring System

Caption Data are delighted to announce the seal of approval from The National Flood School for both the HygroNet™ and the HygroNet SoLo™ as key tools in the restoration of flood damaged properties.

Tests were performed both in the National Flood Schools own ‘Flood house’ and on site in live restoration claims.

The ability to view live drying data through any internet enabled PC enables ‘real time’ and dynamic decisions to be made about the direction of any claim, improving quality, reducing cycle time and costs, and ultimately giving the policy holder an enhanced service.

Having an organisation with the reputation of the National Flood School approve the HygroNet system is a big step forward for Caption Data, this reinforces all round benefits associated with the use of the system. National Flood School training courses will now include an introduction to the Hygronet system and the benefits of remote monitoring of drying out properties.

Chris Netherton, Director of the National Flood School commented that “The ability for a professional involved in the restoration of a flooded property to have 24hr a day control of the drying effort is a significant leap forward for customers and will ultimately result in faster drying times and better customer experience whilst simultaneously removing on costs within the claim cycle.
