COBAL Adds Finishing Touch To Nomura’s Award-Winning HQ Building

Cobal Sign Systems has completed the signage for Nomura’s new European headquarters at One Angel Lane, adding a finishing touch to the City of London’s highest-profile fit-out project of the last year. The signs are specially designed to enhance and complement their stunning surroundings at the multiple-award-winning 545,000 sq ft building on the Thames.

Cobal has completed two separate projects within the building: one, which was awarded by fit-out contractor Como, to design, manufacture and implement the wayfinding, branding and statutory signage, and a second, which was awarded by office furniture company Steelcase Solutions, to provide 6,000 Vario nameplates and desk references.

Samantha Lynch, Estate Branding & Communications Manager, Nomura, said, “When you are relocating to a new building with a very different layout, the challenge of guiding people increases.
