SOLARTECH’S Renewable Energy Finance Deal Offers The Best Of All Worlds

SolarTech Ltd, one the UK’s leading renewable energy suppliers, is launching a pioneering new lease back finance deal, designed to help public and private sector organisations fund the costs of installing their renewable energy installations.

Supported by a major European bank, this innovative scheme covers most renewable energy technologies from photovoltaic (PV) electricity, solar hot water, heat pumps and biomass heating through to wind power, offering significant financial benefits.

Currently one of the most flexible and cost effective funding initiatives available, it enables the capital cost of each installation to be spread over a number of years - typically a ten year period - after which, the ownership of the installation is transferred back to the client.

This means that clients not only benefit from minimal upfront installation costs, but they can also make immediate savings on the cost of the energy generated. Furthermore, substantial tax-free income from the Feed-in Tariff or the Renewable Heat Incentive will go directly to them rather than to the finance company for the duration of the tariff.
