Hotel Use

Disability compliance can cause major issues to companies varying from Camp Sites, Caravan Parks, small private bed & breakfasts to large hotels Chains.

Two common problems are:
1. Grab Rails & Drop Down Rails within the bathroom. These aids are required by some people but it can make other People feel uncomfortable and could lead to complaints.

2. Disability needs can change on a night to night basis, being that you may not need a disability compliant room for several months & then need 5 compliant rooms for a week.

Mental Health Use

A key factor to all medical facilities is to reduce or remove the possibility of accidental harm to employees, patients & visitors. One example of this is placing a thermostatic valve (TMV3) behind the hot water tap to prevent scalding.

Staff members are able to fix the Grab-Rails onto the prepared wall beside the WC giving patients use, so that they may retain their independence, whilst giving the staff the option to remove the rails where there are Ligature risks.
