NUAIRE Offers Whole House Heat Recovery Solution

UK market leader in the design and manufacture of energy efficient domestic ventilation systems, Nuaire, has announced the launch of its latest whole house heat recovery product, to further extend its successful MRXBOX95 range.

MRXBOX95-WH1 achieves the lowest specific fan power in SAP Appendix Q to assist in meeting Part L 2010 Building regulations and in achieving Code 3 and above for the Code For Sustainable Homes.

The MRXBOX95-WH1 is a high duty wall MVHR designed specifically for medium to large new build and three storey properties to assist in achieving the ventilation rates to meet the requirements of Part F 2010.

The latest addition to Nuaire’s intelligent range of MRXBOX95 products, the MRXBOX95-WH1 was introduced to meet the bespoke demands of house builders, developers and social housing providers, completing the company’s heat recovery product portfolio, which now encompasses highly compact units for smaller properties through to high duty units for larger homes.

The MRXBOX-WH1, with its whole house mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, combines supply and extract in one unit. It works to deliver tempered air into living areas, whilst extracting moisture laden air from wet areas, all to create a healthy and comfortable living environment.

Using the latest technology of low watt DC fans, the MRXBOX95-WH1 operates quietly and uses long life motors to ensure efficient and effective ventilation. The DC fans used not only significantly reduce power consumption but also lower operating and life cycle costs for the benefit of the user.

The MRXBOX-WH1 uses fan controls, designed for quick and easy commissioning. The fans in place operate constantly and quietly, ensuring tenant/occupant acceptability.

In the long run, for the occupier, the product promises to improve indoor air quality creating a healthier environment, prevent condensation by keeping moisture levels low and offers significant energy savings because of its low running costs.”
