FORBO FLOORING SYSTEMS - Landscape Your Floor With Forbo’s New Arran

Forbo Flooring Systems is proud to unveil the latest addition to its Tessera collection of carpet tiles: the alluringly tactile Arran range. Perfectly suited for the commercial, recreational and hospitality sectors, this luxurious heavyweight tile dramatically takes the concept of linearity in an unusual new direction.

Using state of the art CMC Infinity tufting machinery, Forbo has created a complex multi-height loop pile design that is full of visual interest. Richly textured, with an almost ‘artisan’ appearance, the irregular peaks and furrows of this luxurious floor covering offer specifiers tactility combined with a breadth of colour options.

Unlike many linear designs, which must be laid brick or tessellated, Arran can be orientated to suit the designer’s needs – indeed, the rich appeal of Arran is most truly revealed when laid broadloom, so that the beguilingly tactile design unfurls across the floor. Combining subtle tone-on-tone colouring, the softly undulating construction creates an organic, woven effect that draws the eye into the design.

The 18 colourways within the Arran range have been purposefully selected to offer both natural and more vibrant tones, to complement today’s contemporary interior environments. Each tile features a duo of carefully blended yarns that are 100% solution dyed to ensure the colour contrasts last throughout its lifespan.
