TILE DEPOT Launches Brand New Range Of Tile & Stone Maintenance Products

Tile Depot, the UK’s largest independent tile, stone and wood retailer, is thrilled to launch a brand new range of tile and stone maintenance products with prices at less than half those of branded equivalents without compromising on quality.

The brand new Tile & Stone collection of highly effective cleaners, sealers, enhancers and protectors - available in a range of sizes and already proving extremely popular with DIY’ers as well as trades people - is now available from Tile Depot stores across London and the South East and online at www.thetiledepot.co.uk.

First jobs first - the Tile & Stone Initial Cleaner is a powerful acid based cleaner specially formulated to remove grout residues, building site dirt and general grime as well as efflorescence’s, rust stains and lime deposits from unpolished natural stone, outdoor paving and ceramic, porcelain and terracotta tiles. To be diluted with luke warm water at a ratio of 5:1, just one 500ml container will cover an area of up to 20 square metres.

For stained tiles, the Tile & Stone Stain & Wax Remover is an advanced formula designed to remove wax deposits and unwanted stains from all ceramic and porcelain tiles as well as unpolished natural stone for a stain and residue free finish.

For older installations, the Tile & Stone Mould Remover is ideal for use on grout and silicone sealant and is suitable for plastic fittings, acrylic and enamel baths and showers as well as all types of tiles.

And to revive dull looking floors, the Tile & Stone Polish for all ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles rejuvenates where there are traffic patterns, scratches, abrasions and some surface stains for a deep lustre finish.
For regular cleaning, Tile & Stone Cleaner comes as a water-based spray and provides gentle but powerful cleaning for a residue free finish on all wall and floor tiles in natural stone, ceramic and porcelain.

Lovely clean tiles can be let down by dirty, off-coloured grout so Tile & Stone Grout Cleaner, for use on grout in all ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles, is a fast acting, easy to use spray that penetrates through dirt and residues to remove them quickly and effectively, restoring grout to its original condition and reducing the need for regular re-grouting and re-colouring.

Once the grout is clean, Tile & Stone Spray-on Grout Protector can be used on grout in all ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles to minimise water penetration and repel stains, protecting the grout to keep it looking as bright, clean and fresh as the tiles.

Unlike ceramic and most porcelain tiles, the beauty of natural stone does require a level of maintenance. To keep natural stone as well as polished porcelain tiles looking great and in tip-top condition, Tile Depot’s Tile & Stone range provides a Sealer, which minimises water penetration and protects tiles from stains and spills to help enhance their lifespan, durability and appearance.

For all natural stone, the Tile & Stone Colour Enhancer & Sealer also does just what it say’s on the bottle – the high performance sealer and enhancer brings out the natural colour of stone for an endearing, enriched finish with a high sheen as well as protecting it against water penetration and liquid spills. One 500ml bottle covers between four and eight square metres, depending on the porosity of the tiles and the finish will last for months.
