UPS Ltd are pleased to invite you to a Technical UPS Seminar to be held on the following dates:

11 October 2011 - Edinburgh, Radisson Blu Hotel
12 October 2011 - Glasgow, Thistle Hotel

Starting at 4.00pm, this free-to-attend seminar is suited to Consultants, Electrical Engineers & End Users and will encourage open discussion of the following topics:

• History and evolution of modern UPS systems
• Common terminology within the UPS industry
• Components and operating principles of the sub-assemblies of modern UPS
• UPS systems topology
• Key factors and drivers for future UPS development

This will be followed by live demonstrations of the modular and standalone products, PowerWAVE 8000DPA, PowerWAVE 9000DPA and PowerWAVE 6000 and a chance to put your questions to the UPSL Technical Team.

Finally, the event will be completed with canapes & drinks.
