KRANNICH SOLAR Powers Thinking At Bracknell & Wokingham College
Students at Bracknell & Wokingham College will have the opportunity to learn the
more practical elements of PV installation thanks to the supply of discounted of
PV systems from Krannich Solar, one of the top five providers in Europe.
Under the new partnership Krannich Solar has committed to provide staff and
students at Bracknell & Wokingham College with a PV kit at a 50% discount which
includes six panels, inverter, DC isolater, cable and K2 roof mount system.
The five day course is designed to train students in electrical installation as
part of the City & Guilds 2399 Solar PV course.
For over a decade, Krannich Solar has been planning, consulting and producing
powerful Photovoltaic (PV) systems for their commercial and energy suppliers.
Their product portfolio consists of solar modules, mounting systems and
inverters for grid connected installations and they are home to the major
leading brands, including SMA, Suntech, Samsung, Bosch, Power One and K2.
Commenting on the partnership Allen Cook, Section Head for Electrical
Installation at Bracknell & Wokingham College said, “We are keen to offer our
students the opportunity to learn the practical aspects of PV installation and
Solar PV as well as the theory. The support of Krannich Solar has been
invaluable in enabling us to realise this ambition and we look forward to
working with the team to qualify installers and support the growing Solar PV
sector.”
