SWISH BUILDING PRODUCTS - New Swish Building Products Accreditation ‘Scores’ Developers Code Points

Swish Building Products has obtained the responsible sourcing Certification BES6001 across its roofline range becoming one of the first materials companies outside the aggregates industry to do so. This means that Swish can now offer new build customers maximum points under the Mat 2&3 responsible sourcing sections of the Code for Sustainable Homes, something previously only achieved using FSC timber.

Greg Wilde, Swish Building Products, said: “In ensuring that we source our materials in a responsible and ethical manner we’re able to support our customers in delivering sustainable new homes efficiently and effectively and with minimal impact on the environment.”

Swish Building Products secured the new certification after previously securing the quality management Certification ISO9001, the environmental management Certification ISO14001 and occupational health and safety Certification OHSAS18001.
