HITACHI Enhances Its Customer Offering With New Appointments

Hitachi Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ARG) has enhanced both the direct sales and distribution management of its extensive range of products with the appointment of two new managers.

Andrew Hunter has joined as Area Sales Manager for London and the South East and is particularly skilled in identifying the right product for each individual customer. He is very experienced in the air conditioning market, having worked in the industry for many years.

Andrew said, “I am delighted to have joined Hitachi ARG and to be able to offer customers quality products which are highly energy-efficient and provide total reliability. These include the award-winning Yutaki air to water heat pumps for domestic heating, a full range of commercial products which offer comfort and flexibility such as the new Set Free FSXN VRF and the exceptional Samurai range of air and water-cooled chillers.”

On the distribution side, Matthew Dorrell has joined Hitachi ARG as UK Distribution Sales Manager, working with air conditioning and heating distributors nationwide. Matthew has significant experience, having worked in the HVAC industry for several years, including positions at HRP and Climate Centre.

Matthew says, “It’s important that our customers have many channels open to them to access Hitachi’s air conditioning and refrigeration products. We have built excellent relationships with a number of top-quality distributors who have a sound knowledge of our products and are highly reliable and proactive. I will be working closely with these distributors to ensure that we help our customers by providing first-class customer service and that means offering fast access to Hitachi’s quality product range, good value for money and strong technical support.”
