AVK|SEG (UK) Ltd would like to introduce to you an outline of our CPD seminar program for 2012. The seminar is structured in an informative way, to discuss the application of UPS, diesel generators and batteries to a typical power project highlighting the obstacles and technical considerations that can be encountered and how these are overcome. It will be of benefit to any engineers who have involvement in the design and project management of such sites and contributes to their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The program is scheduled to take approximately 1-1½ hours on your premises at a time which is convenient to your engineers.

THE APPLICATION, DESIGN AND INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS OF DIESEL GENERATORS
Describes the application, design and installation considerations for Project 2012 including sizing, noise attenuation and the fuel system.

THE APPLICATION OF UPS SYSTEMS
Discusses Digital Static Technology and applies the appropriate equipment to Project 2012

BATTERY SYSTEMS
Discusses battery sizing for Project 2012, highlighting the information required to ensure correct sizing, taking into consideration the effect of temperature, battery accommodation etc.

‘PROJECT 2012’ - THE TOTAL SOLUTION
Summarises the application of all products to provide a total solution.
