EMCEL Filters Ltd have increased their range of specialist air filtration equipment to include Containment Systems and HEPA filters specifically manufactured for the Nuclear sector.

The Containment Systems are available in rectangular and cylindrical formats, with safe change facilities if required. These systems can be provided with Pre, HEPA and/or Carbon filtration. 304 stainless steel or painted mild steel are available as construction options with Inlet/Outlet configurations designed and manufactured to meet ductwork requirements. Multi filter banks can be provided to accommodate large airflows and EMCEL will also produce individual, tailor made solutions for particular filtration applications.

Utillising new production facilities, EMCEL manufactures HEPA filter elements designed to meet various AESS specifications. Plug-in Cylindrical elements, for use within safe change containment systems, are manufactured in low and high temperature versions to suit differing airflows. In addition a range of Push-Through filters are available suitable for 12.5, 35, 75 and 160 l/sec airflows. Rectangular HEPA Panel filters, High capacity HEPAs, Square HEPA Deep Pleats and Spark Arrestors also form part of the EMCEL Nuclear range.
