BERNIE GRANT CENTRE
Former Tottenham MP, Bernie Grant had a vision of
creating a centre of excellence for the arts in
Tottenham. That vision is now becoming a reality and
leading building services contractors Briggs & Forrester
are proud and delighted to be involved.
The project combines the refurbishment of the former
Tottenham swimming baths and the construction of two new
extensions to provide a major performance and education
centre together with training and business support
facilities that will reflect the cultural diversity of
the area and create new jobs for local people.
Briggs & Forrester’s contract, valued at £2.2m, for the
installation of mechanical, electrical and public health
services includes plant room, air-conditioning, heating
and cooling, ventilation, extraction and domestic
services. Also included are new mains, small power,
stage power, lighting, Also new UPS installation,
additional electrical distribution system, new lighting,
data, fire alarms and security.
