Jackson Building Services scores with Suffolk office development

Jackson Building Services has won a further £1.1 million project at Hillside Business Park in Bury St Edmunds, to construct two new office buildings, comprising four individual units, for developer, Dencora 2000 Ltd. This scheme follows a £1.8 million project that the contractor recently completed at the Park, constructing a day-care centre and 17 new industrial units.

Working on the last remaining development plot at Hillside Business Park, Jackson will construct two identical, two-storey offices, providing around 300 m² of accommodation for each of the four units. The traditionally constructed buildings will feature brickwork and curtain walling to the façade and pitched tiled roofs. Externally Jackson will create a number of car parking spaces and carry out soft landscaping finishes. The project is due for completion by the end of the year.
