Out with the old and in with the new HQ: Northern Counties Housing Association is amongst the organisations that have benefited from TSK’s expertise

TSK Group to make first ever appearance at CIH Exhibition

MANCHESTER – Manchester-based TSK Group, one of the UK’s leading workplace environment specialists, is to exhibit at the Chartered Institute of Housing Conference and Exhibition for the very first time this year. Listed within the advice and assistance group of exhibitors, TSK’s presence reflects a heightened focus from housing associations in the region and nationwide on the workplace, as changes in the sector force organisations to restructure and reshape.

Andrew Burns, Joint Managing Director at TSK commented:
“Housing Associations are experiencing a period of change, and as organisations grow, evolve and change shape, the workplace is becoming an increasingly important factor in facilitating these changes.”

“We have worked with some of the largest organisations in the sector as they have relocated to new headquarters in the north west – providing a comprehensive change management solution that covers every stage of relocation, from consulting on the selection of new premises to the design and delivery of the interior environment.” He added.

The Riverside Group, Northern Counties Housing Association and Contour Housing are amongst TSK’s housing association clients that have already benefited from the company’s unique expertise; maximising the potential of their relocation to new, larger premises. John McClelland, Group Corporate Services Director for the Riverside Group commented:

Given the inherent links between the many different stages of moving, from finding premises to moving staff and furniture, we definitely benefited from one company doing it all for us.”

Within non-profit organisations, productivity and efficiency are always key considerations, and this has been another key driver for TSK’s involvement in the housing association sector. Andrew Burns explained:

The TSK stand will be situated in hall D, stand number 616, at the CIH Housing 2006 exhibition held at the Harrogate International Centre from Tuesday the 20th June to Friday the 23rd June.
