Property giants choose TSK to create new offices at City Point, Leeds

Property giants choose TSK to create new offices at City Point, Leeds *TSK to deliver working environments for two major property firms in landmark building.

Property giants King Sturge and GVA Grimley have both chosen leading workplace environment specialist the TSK Group to design and deliver their new regional offices in West Yorkshire’s latest landmark building, City Point in Leeds.

The two property firms are amongst the first tenants in the new building, and although both businesses will share the same front door – the two new offices will be worlds apart.

Andrew Burns, Joint Managing Director at TSK explained:
“Although King Sturge and GVA Grimley work in similar sectors, their businesses are very different; they both have unique working practices, unique objectives and unique working cultures. As such, the environments we are creating for the two companies are very different.”

Both King Sturge and GVA Grimley are repeat clients for TSK, having utilised the firm’s design and delivery expertise for other regional offices. For GVA Grimley, the City Point project is the fourth regional office for the company to be designed and delivered by TSK, and King Sturge used TSK’s services for its high profile offices in Manchester’s Piccadilly One building.

Andrew Burns continued:

At City Point, the King Sturge offices span the top two floors of the impressive building, situated at the heart of Leeds’ commercial centre. GVA Grimley has taken the first floor, and TSK expects to complete both environments by mid-October.
