Lighting Controls - 55 Colmore Row

This magnificent building with its Grade II listed Victorian terrace façade overlooks Birmingham Cathedral, and has 16,000 sq ft of grade A office space over 8 floors.

Formerly occupied by one of Birmingham’s oldest law firms, Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co., £30 million is being spent on the current renovation project.

According to John Hammond, investment Director at Coleshill-based IM Properties, "Our aim is to create an entirely unique proposition within the Birmingham property market, creating a sense of contemporary quality, from the specification of the floorplates and sense of arrival, right down to the internal finishes. 55 Colmore Row has a significant heritage that sets it apart from other office buildings in the area.”

Lighting Controls Ltd. is proud to have been chosen for the design and commissioning of the lighting control system for this project. The control system comprises 28 x 8 Lighting Control Modules and emergency monitoring capability, all controlled through the new Lighting Controls Headend software package.
