The EURO-DIESEL (UK) Limited service team is responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and upgrading EURO-DIESEL’s No-Break KS® Rotary UPS and Generator systems throughout the life of equipment in the UK and Ireland.

As part of service support, EURO-DIESEL (UK) Limited operates a 365/24/7 emergency response call out operation and takes pride in ensuring that all incidents are responded to within the agreed service level commitments.

With customer service being key to EURO-DIESEL (UK) Limited’s approach, Stuart Robinson joined the team as the new Service Manager in January. In addition two new service engineers have joined us in February.

Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in the UPS industry with a strong background of managing service teams in mission critical environments such as data centres, banking, telecoms and healthcare. Stuart will be responsible for driving forward EURO-DIESEL (UK) Limited’s service offering to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our maintenance clients in the UK and Ireland. Stuart will also be responsible for developing and implementing a targeted service delivery strategy along with the roll out of the global CMMS solution within EURO-DIESEL (UK) LIMITED.

Service Engineer, Mark Williams comes to us with over 15 years’ experience of installing, maintaining and fault finding electrical systems and rotating equipment most recently working on DRUPS, airport GPUs and converters.

Service Engineer, Abbas Hassan has also worked in the critical power arena for 15 years in Electrical, Technical and Field Service Engineer roles working on a wide range of equipment including DRUPS, generators, converters and alternators.
