Samsung Launches Extended Warranty Scheme Highlighting Faith in High Quality Products

Extended Warranty - Heating and Cooling - Commercial Split Systems

Samsung Training Courses

Samsung, a world leader in heating and cooling, has launched a new Extended Warranty scheme which elongates customer warranty on Samsung’s award winning heating and cooling products. The Warranty scheme differentiates Samsung from its competitors as it rests with the end user and not installer.

Inspiring customers with improved confidence in product durability, the scheme now includes five and seven year protection. The five year extension covers CAC/FJM Commercial split systems (SAI-CAC), and the seven year warranty is included for both DVM VRF (SAI-DVM) and EHS heating systems (SAI-EHS).

For air conditioning and heating installing contractors to make the most of the new warranty scheme, installation needs to be carried out by a Samsung Accredited installer. However, they can become one themselves by taking part in a course - delivered at Samsung’s numerous training locations around the country. The simple, short courses are also open to FGas qualified air conditioning engineers.

Andrew Faulkner, Commercial Manager, Air Conditioning "At Samsung we are dedicated to delivering a trusted and reliable service to our customers, through our training and new extended warranty scheme. Once registered, the warranty provides installers with complete peace of mind."

The courses are complimentary for all participants, and delegates are issued with a certificate on completion of the course. There are four different courses that installers can attend.

Course Content List

  • SAI-DVM: Two day course on selection, installation and commissioning of Samsung VRF systems and Controls.
  • SAI-CAC: One day course on selection, installation and commissioning of Samsung Split systems.
  • SAI-EHS: One day course on selection, installation and commissioning of Samsung heat pump systems.
