Sound Reduction Systems Operations During Covid-19 Outbreak

A brief statement about how Sound Reduction Systems Ltd (SRS Ltd) will operate during the Covid-19 outbreak and how you can access our advice, products and services. We will update this statement accordingly if/when things change, but these measures are correct at the time of writing on the date above:

First and foremost, please be assured that SRS Ltd are committed to ensuring the health and safety of their staff, customers and suppliers. To this end, we will follow all Government advice regarding hygiene, social distancing and, if it comes to it, a full factory shut down. We will also request this from all companies and individuals who we may have to come into contact with as we continue to function as a business.

Secondly, and until further notice, SRS Ltd will remain ‘open’ for business. We have worked hard over the last month to build up a stock of finished products and raw materials. As it stands, we are still able to package and send out products for delivery as normal. We will continue to manufacture with a smaller factory staff on a reduced working week and under strict hygiene controls for as long as we are able and our customers have a requirement for product.

All of our technical and sales advisers will be working from home and will be answering phone calls, emails and website enquiries / forms during normal business hours Mon-Fri. They will be on hand to provide expert acoustic advice, product specifications, quotations and reports for as long as this continues so please feel free to get in touch.
